This website (“Site”) is owned and run by us. By using this Site, our Discord Community, our WhatsApp Community and or purchasing something from us you engage in our “Service” and accept these terms and conditions (“Terms”). You agree to comply with the Terms and any additional terms and conditions referenced herein.

All descriptions of Adventures, products and all pricing is subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any Adventure or product at any time.

We do not warrant that the quality of any Adventures, products, Service, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Your use of our Service

Your use of the Site is at your own risk. We cannot guarantee that any of your personal information will remain private, nor that the Site (or any site to which you may be linked) is free from viruses or similar matters that may damage your website, computer or systems.

You may not use our Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

Where parts of our Service are hosted on other sites provided by Third Parties (for example our Discord and Whatsapp communities) your use of these are in line with the Third Party terms and conditions. We shall not be involved in or have responsibility for your use under those terms and conditions.

We are not responsible for Third Party sites or resources. We accept no liability for the contents of any website to which a hypertext link exists and gives no representation or warranty as to the information on such websites or the services they may provide to you. We accept no responsibility or liability for any loss arising from any contract entered into with any website to which a hypertext link exists.

We might need to share your personal data with Third Parties. If we need to, we’ll do so using the appropriate legal basis, which may require your consent. Such use is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Termination

If you do not comply with our Terms, in addition to any other rights which we may have, we may without further notice to you terminate your right of access to our Site and Services.

In the event that any provision of our Terms is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from our Terms, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any dispute or question in connection with them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
